HTI undertakes the process of conceptualizing, designing, producing, merchandising and delivering new products to importer buyers. To begin with, the sketch or design of the product is finalised after discussing with the importers. It is then converted into a 3D form based on the technical and aesthetic specification. A suitable vendor is then selected and the product is developed keeping in consideration, the time and cost. The purpose is to ensure that the supplier understands and adheres to the specifications established for a specific product.
