Between conceptualizing, scheming and prototyping, the merchandising team makes sure that the client’s vision becomes reality. The merchandisers endeavor to bring innovation in designing, optimize pricing, enhance quality and time the delivery of products as planned- all this to provide the deliverables well ahead of time.
Always seeking improvement, the team enriches the product range from their very conceptualization to their final delivery. Using the latest technologies in partnered vendor facilities and extensive market knowledge, HTI merchandises the products to enhance value to the importer’s business.
The team pursues the following roles to ensure the job’s done right-
- Communicates internally and externally
- Performs sampling,
- Tests Lab dips,
- Decide upon and sources accessories and trims,
- Prepares internal order sheets,
- Prepares purchase orders,
- Assists in timely production,
- Advices the quality department about quality level,
- Mediates the production and quality departments,
- Gives shipping instructions and follows shipping,
- Helps documentation department,
- Assumes inspection responsibility
- Follows and tracks shipment till it safely reaches the importer.
